Chris Penn (natural June 10 1962) is an American film actor. He is the brother of actor Sean Penn and musician Michael Penn, when well as a boy of director Leo Penn.

Natural within Los Angeles in 1962, Penn started acting at a age of Xii at a Loft Studio. Within 1983, he made his feature film debut inside Francis Ford Coppola's youth drama Rumble Fish. Within 1983 he had the little role in the high school football drama All the Right Moves starring Tom Cruise, appeared in the hit dance musical Footloose in 1984, and played the villain in the Clint Eastwood western Pale Rider (1985).

Inside 1986 he co-starred with his brother, Sean, & mother Eileen Ryan in At Close Range.

Penn is usually cast as a supporting actor even or by having little roles inside his picture, although has manufactured occasionally memorable performances, such inside Reservoir Dogs and True Romance. Inside 1996 he won a right-supporting actor at the Venice Film Festival for The Funeral.

Penn was besides featured on the 2004 video game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, as a voice of Officer Eddie Pulaski.
